We are the pioneer of manufacturing Lamp Capping cement for all kinds of lamps in India as an import substitute. We introduced this product in March 1977. 45 years ago we started manufacturing Capping Cement in the name of “Royal Enterprises” when it was being imported from abroad. M/s Hind Lamps Ltd. was first company which used our cement as import substitute, they were importing the cement from Philips, Holland. Within a span of 10 years we captured the whole Indian Market of Capping Cement. In 1987, there was hardly any company which was not buying Capping Cement from us. We also supplied large quantity of capping cement for GLS & FTL to M/s Philips India Ltd, Thane.
CFL Capping Cement: In 1995, Osram Gmbh, Germany in collaboration with Surya Roshni Ltd. formed a company Osram Surya Ltd. which started manufacturing CFL in India. We supplied them CFL Capping Cement. In 1996, Osram Germany opened another company viz. Osram Foshan Lightning Company Ltd., Guangdong, China. They collected a small sample of our Capping Cement from Osram Surya, India and tested it in their factory in China, they found our cement better than the cement being used by them. They placed us regular orders. We exported them large quantity of our CFL Capping cement during the period Sep 1996 to April 1998. In 2004 White CFL Capping Cement was introduced @ Rs.100/- per Kg. in India while we were supplying Brown Capping Cement @ Rs. 45/-per Kg. In April 2008 we also developed White Capping Cement (Hot Basing) for CFL@ Rs.69/-per Kg.
EXPORTS: We have exported our Capping Cement to M/s Osram Foshan Lighting Co. Ltd., China, Advance Gulf Lightings Ltd., Dubai and number of lamp manufacturers in Bangladesh.
FTL Bi pin Caps & Lead in Wires: In 1982 we established Metal Caps Corporation as an ancillary unit of M/S Hind Lamps Ltd.-Shikohabad for manufacturing FTL Caps in large scale, we supplied huge quantity of Caps to Hind Lamps, Osram-Sonepat, PHILIPS-Thane, Sylvania & Laxman Ltd. & others. We also started manufacturing L.I.W. for GLS Lamps in 1995 & supplied them in large quantity to Hind Lamps Ltd & other Lamp industries. We closed this firm in 2010 due to introduction of CFL Lamps.
Seamless Gloves & Socks: In 1982 we also established Goodwear Knitting Mills Pvt. Ltd. for manufacturing Cotton Knitted seamless Gloves. For this purpose we imported 50 World’s best Seamless Gloves Knitting Mills from M/S Shima Seiki Japan. We supplied these gloves to M/S Maruti Udyog Ltd. which purchased Seamless Gloves worth Rs.1 Crore per year for its employees as safety gloves.We supplied our seamless gloves to about 25 Limited Companies all over India, we were the largest manufacturers of seamless gloves in India. In 1990 we purchased 25 Socks Knitting Machines & started manufacturing Fashion Socks. We engaged many dealers in U.P., Delhi, Rajasthan, Punjab, Haryana, Gujrat.
In 2018, having Chemistry background we explored the possibilities of developing those chemicals which could be made in India but are being imported unnecessarily by LED Industry. We have therefore entered in the line of Thermal Conductive Management We have recently developed 6 grades of Thermal Conductive Grease after lot of R&D. During last 3 months we studied various types of thermal conductive materials in the nature. We thoroughly analysed their thermal & electrical properties. The nature of each thermal conductive material is different from the other. Out of those we selected the most suitable materials which have been used in our Grease. We also studied the properties of various oils who could withstand high temperatures and live a longer life to suit LED lamps and other electronic Equipments. We have displayed Comparative Charts to convince our customers that our grease is comparable with greases of well-known International Brands and are even better in some respects.
